Glen Yearwood Founder & Principle Consultant Glen has achieved International recognition in the field of urban marketing and has contributed significant value to UK urban culture. As founder of the Glen Yearwood Group, Glen has launched and developed urban brands that have now become household names in the UK. Glen uses a combination of traditional and non-traditional methods of communication, targeting groups based in major urban conurbations that can be described as Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) in racial and cultural composition He has used music, theatre, galleries, community radio ads, and street distribution and BAME opinion formers in previous campaigns Glen has recently completed projects for The British Library to help attract black entrepeuners to the research facility. He was also one of the driving forces behind the creation of the Multi-Ethnic Media Owners Association (MEMOA). Glen is a regular reference point for mainstream media on a raft of issues related to ethnic media and cross-cultural communication. |

Richard Adeshiyan Press & Events Director Richard Adeshiyan is Media Relations Director for GYG. Richard's key responsibility is the strategic positioning of clients' brands and communication messages. Richard can call upon 20 years in print and broadcasting and has earned a formidable reputation as a consumate media operator He was Deputy Editor of The Voice, Britain's biggest selling black newspaper, and later Managing Editor and then Editor of the award-winning Weekly Journal (Winner, Special Journal category of CRE RIMA Award 1995). |

Donna Morgan Account Manager Donna has worked with founder, Glen Yearwood, since graduating from University. She holds the position of Account Manager, responsible for continuity between clients and the agency. As a qualified Journalist, Donna conducts desk research on behalf of the agency and clients, and co-writes GYG Press Releases. She is also responsible for asset collection, arranging projects and strategic meetings to ensure measurement and continuity. |
